Winter beater project: Arashi Horizon

Another Kijiji find, lacks a seatpost, saddle, front derailleur and shifter cables. Brake pads might also need to be replaced, definitely replacing the tires with the marathon winters when winter arrives. Fixing shifters not a priority but I might as well if I still have the time, will drop by Recycle Cycles today to grab some parts.
